If your Golden was rescued from RAGofAZ in 2022-2023 and you would like an embroidered bandana presented during the Rescue Ceremony, please enter your dog's or dogs' name(s) in the space below. All bandanas for the Rescue Ceremony must be ordered no later than Monday, February 13th.

If you would like to order an embroidered bandana for any other dog (either RAGofAZ rescues or not), they are available for $12 each in our online store.

If you've lost a pet in 2022-2023 and would like to have your pet remembered in the Rainbow Bridge Ceremony, please fill out the form below. You can enter up to 3 pets and upload 3 different photos. Maximum photo size is 10 MB. Make sure you specify each pet's name and any dates you'd like to include. These pets do not have to be Goldens nor do they have to be dogs; any pet may be included. All pets must be registered no later than Monday, February 13th.
