Volunteers needed for Bark in the Park

Bark in the Park, one of our favorite events, is just around the corner, on Sunday, February 19 at Red Mountain Park in Mesa.  As most of you know, it takes many volunteers to make it all happen.  We need help in all areas of this event so if you want to get involved and have a great time, now is the time to sign up.

We need volunteers in the following areas:
 

 •  Servers for lunch/assist Carol Quinn 5-6 volunteers for 12PM-1:00PM shift.

     Your name, telephone number and a good time to reach you

   •  Set-up and tear down/ We need 4-5 volunteers to pick up two canopies from our storage unit, along with 2 tables and chairs. Set up the canopies and then tear down and return the supplies to storage.

   •  Registration: 10:30-12 noon & 12 noon -1:30/  2 volunteers per shift

   •  Raffle Ticket Sales  10:30-12 noon & 12 noon -2:00/  2 volunteers per shift

   •  Calendar Sales/assist Bob Schillaci  11:00-12:30 & 12:30-2:00/  1 volunteer per shift

   •  Volunteers to assist with handing out raffle prizes to the winners/ 2 volunteers

   •  Judges for Peanut Butter Licking Contest 2:00-2:15/  2 volunteers
